Refund policy

Refund or Exchange:

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refund fees applied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at info@jazzyline.com to initiate the returns process and obtain a return authorization.

  2. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  3. Return Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return delivery fees are as follows:

    • Within the UAE: A flat return delivery fee of 30 AED applies to all returns shipped within the United Arab Emirates.

    • Within the GCC: A flat return delivery fee of 60 AED applies to all returns shipped to GCC countries.

  4. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

  5. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per our returns policy.

    Exchange:

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds :
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Order Tracking:

Once your return has been shipped back to us, you can track the status of your return using the provided return shipping information.

International Returns:

At this time, we only accept returns from addresses within the UAE and GCC countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our returns capabilities in the future.
